What to expect at WAVE Hair Studio

At WAVE Hair Studio, we want to provide you with peace of mind when you visit during your appointment. Please read everything thoroughly and respect our guidelines moving forward.

*All services are by appointment. When available, Kim accepts same day call in appointments. Kim can be reached at 920-296-3818.

*One client per stylist is allowed in the studio at a time. Friends, family, and children, are no longer allowed to come inside to wait. Exceptions will be made for caregivers and special circumstances.

*Our waiting area has limited space available. Please remember to limit what you touch and practice social distancing out of respect of others while you wait. If you feel more comfortable waiting in your car for your appointment you may do so but please make sure to check in by texting your stylist when you arrive and they will let you know when they are ready for you to come inside. If you have not yet heard back from your stylist and it is time for your appointment to start, please come inside to check in directly with your stylist, this will help us stay on time. Note we do need extra time between each client to assure we have the proper time to disinfect everything before your service, and we do apologize for any extra wait time.

*To ensure the highest level of sanitation, each stylist disinfects and sanitizes their tools and station thoroughly between each client. This includes all touch points you may encounter. As always, we follow all of the state of Wisconsin Barbering and Cosmetology sanitation laws. Your health and safety is our top priority.

*If you have a fever, or have had a fever within 24 hours, feel sick, been around anyone who is sick, or think you could have been exposed to COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment. In any of these cases, please reach out to your stylist and reschedule your appointment for a later date.

*Masks are not mandatory. We have disposable masks available if you want to wear one during your service, please just ask your stylist. Whether you choose to wear a mask or not is entirely up to you, however we do ask you to please be considerate of the other people you may encounter while at the studio with the utmost respect. If you would prefer your stylist wear a mask along with you, please just ask and we would be more than happy to do so.

 

*Payment for services and retail will no longer be done at the front desk but rather at each station. Please limit the items you touch to only the items you wish to purchase.

*Limit your personal items you bring with to your appointment.

 

*Do to the new guidelines and extra precautions, we will be scheduling less people in our day. It is very important for us to stay on schedule, not only for each of us, but also for the convenience of our clients. Please help us stay on task for the duration of your appointment and avoid any distractions from the service.

*Please refrain talking about vaccines and politics. Almost every client wants to talk about it and it becomes repetitive and very draining on us. We want to give you the very best version of ourselves while you are in our care. If you wish for any of us to wear a mask while you are here, please just ask, we will be happy to accommodate you.

*We do not discriminate. Both the vaccinated and unvaccinated are welcome.
